June 20006
June's warm weather has had the the plants catching up after the cold May. The shrub and species roses have done particularly well. It is a pity that Rosa Moyesii is hidden in a corner of the garden rarely seen. It has done better than it has ever done in the twenty-five or so years since we have had it. The heps are bottle shaped and would look spectacular when ripe if the birds only left them on the plant.
