I can't believe this. Except for the holly tree on the cover page I have wiped all my December garden photos.We've had wind, frost snow and rain but my primulas have bloomed early and the bulbs are showing leaf. My bulbs are not as precocious as those in Ireland though. When my son went back to County Carlow on Dec 14th after visiting me he discovered a daffodil in flower in his garden. In Cork they had daffodils out in November.
I got Chris started on moving the path to get it out of the way of the pampas grass.. Now that it and the trees have got going the garden is not nearly so bare in the winter.
