Private gardens are at the root of it all - from the village housewife's patch of pot herbs to the Overlords magnificent park.
Most gardeners are delighted to show off their gardens and to share their enjoyment with others but they often, too, use their gardens as ways to escape from the crowds. Having thousands of feet trampling across their tiny plot would ruin their work and nullify its purpose. This section then is for contributors who have donated plants to the collection but would like to talk about their gardens, showing that the whole is more than just a sum of its parts.
